How to get back into trading after a Break – Part 1

I have just return in my wedding and three week honey-moon at a remote island called Ithaca at Greece.

What I really like about it tiny island is all thatthere are traditional Greek taverns, food, along with scenic beaches and perspectives which we just see in paintings.

With the restricted internet access, in the period that I haven’t been able to exchange the markets in any respect.

If you are about to take vacation or you’ve Metatrader 4 just returned, getting back into trading can be a real challenge.

Now, I will share with you my tips I use to get into trading after having a long holiday.

Step No 1: Catch up with all the Major market
Start using the major indicator.

If your watchlist comprises the top 30 stocks listed on the JSE, then you’ll have to first start the JSE All Share 40 index chart (Al Si ).

In your own Meta Trader 4 stage, you’ll realize that the Al Si as’SA40Fut.a’.

You’ll then examine the price-action of this chart to understand how it transferred while you were off.

Jot down and establish the market environments the Al Si endured and ask your self this vital question.

“What trading environment may be the Al-Si currently in and which way is it more likely to venture from here?”

There are only three trading classes the market can proceed.

Bull marketplace — The Al Si is in an uptrend
Bear marketplace — The Al-Si is in a downtrend
Sideways marketplace — The Al-Si is in a trend
Let us see all three scenarios so you know what things to keep an eye out for the next occasion.

The Bull-market
By 23 June 2016 up until 1 December 20 17, was the previous time the Al Si was at a bull-market showing higher lows and with a powerful uptrend.

The Al-Si then broke below in to…

The Bear Market
From 1 December 20 17 until 24 April 2018, the JSE subsequently went through a bear-market revealing lower highs with the powerful downtrend.

The industry subsequently broke above the downtrend getting into a congestion period also referred to as…

Since March 2018 up’till today, the ALSI was in a sideways market.

Side note:Luckily, I moved away when I did so. As a breakout dealer, I only trade at direction of their breakout. Thus as soon as the ALSI breaks out from this market, that is when I can get to have fully into trading.

It is essential observe how the main index moved as you were away. In this way you can grab as much as what you may expect to exchange in the near future.
